Siggi Carty joined the Coldwell Banker De Wetter Hovious team in December 2009.  Before joining Coldwell Banker she was with ERA Sellers, Buyers & Associates for four years where she received the President's Circle Silver Award and earned the title of 2006 Rookie of the year with $1.5 million in sales. She kept up the pace with over $2 million in sales during the first 2 quarters of 2007.  Due to her professionalism and her exceptional knowledge of ERA  products and services her broker appointed her to become a Premier Agent.  Siggi has become an expert realtor in her adopted city, including the East, Northeast, Upper Valley and West side.  She works closely with military families and relocating professionals to meet their unique needs.

Siggi knows first-hand how stressful locating to a new home can be because she has relocated many times in her life. Born in Neumarkt,  Germany near Nuernberg, Siggi excelled in her studies in the concierge and liberal arts at St. Mary's College and Nuernberg City College. She travelled extensively throughout Europe, the Far East and the Middle East before permanently relocating to the United States.  Siggi held a demanding corporate administrative career in the Washington, D.C. area, where she focused on meeting and convention planning for Fortune 100 corporations and major professional associations.

In 1997, she decided to escape the corporate treadmill and concentrate on the healing arts as a professional massage therapist and instructor for a few years.  The lure of a friendlier western lifestyle (and orders for her military officer husband) drew her to El Paso and her dream job in real estate.  She is bilingual in German and English and is a member of the Greater El Paso Association of Realtors.  Let this world traveler with a love of El Paso help you find the perfect home for your family.
